We are looking for an accomplished and commercially oriented Finance Head to lead the Finance & Accounts function and drive financial governance, business planning, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

The role is suited for a finance professional with strong leadership experience, sound commercial acumen, and a proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, FP&A;, treasury, working capital, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen financial controls, optimize working capital, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead and oversee the complete Finance & Accounts function, ensuring effective financial governance and operational excellence.
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and business performance.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with accuracy and adherence to applicable accounting standards.
- Provide financial analysis, business insights, and management reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Lead FP&A; activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial performance reviews.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow planning, liquidity, banking relationships, and working capital efficiently.
- Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, cash conversion, and other working capital metrics to improve financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable taxation, statutory, audit, accounting, and company law requirements.
- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits, ensuring timely closure of observations and compliance requirements.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, accounting processes, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.
- Liaise with banks,



auditors, tax consultants, regulators, and other external financial stakeholders.
- Partner with senior management and business teams on financial strategy, cost optimization, investment decisions, and business performance.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to protect business interests.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team to ensure strong performance and accountability.

- CA or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, with significant exposure to financial leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience independently managing or leading a Finance & Accounts function.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, statutory regulations, audit requirements, and financial best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, FP&A;, financial reporting, treasury,



and working capital management.
- Strong ERP and financial software proficiency.
- Experience working with senior management on financial strategy and business decisions.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple financial priorities while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
