Job Description

We are looking for a Collection Officer to handle customer collections and recovery activities in the assigned area. The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable with field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers for EMI collection.
- Ensure timely collection and recovery.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries related to payments.
- Submit regular collection reports.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any stream.
- 0–3 years of experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel in the assigned area.
