## Job Summary

Ayush Ortho is hiring **AYUSH Therapists / Ayurveda Therapists** to join our growing healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for **freshers and experienced candidates** who are interested in building a career in AYUSH healthcare and orthopedic therapy.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing patient-focused AYUSH therapies, assisting doctors and senior therapists, following treatment protocols, and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for patients.

### Key Responsibilities

* Perform **AYUSH and Ayurveda-based therapies** according to prescribed treatment plans.

* Assist doctors and senior therapists during patient treatments.

* Understand and follow **clinical SOPs and treatment protocols**.

* Prepare patients, therapy rooms, and equipment before treatment.

* Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards during therapy.

* Monitor patients during treatment and immediately report any concerns to the concerned doctor or senior therapist.

* Provide basic guidance to patients regarding therapy procedures and after-care.

* Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation.

* Handle therapy equipment and materials responsibly.

* Coordinate with Doctors, Pharmacy, Front Office, Customer Care, and other healthcare teams.

* Maintain professional behaviour and excellent patient interaction at all times.

* Support smooth day-to-day operations of the therapy department.





### Eligibility & Requirements

* Qualification in **AYUSH / Ayurveda / relevant healthcare or therapy field** is preferred.

* **0–3 years of experience** in Ayurveda, AYUSH therapy, rehabilitation, or a similar healthcare environment.

* Freshers with the right qualification and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

* Basic understanding of **Ayurvedic / AYUSH therapies and patient care**.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Compassionate and patient-friendly approach.

* Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and treatment protocols.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

* Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
