- Capture applicant biometric data including fingerprints, photographs, and signatures as per standard operating procedures.
- Verify applicant identity documents before biometric enrollment.
- Conduct document scrutiny to ensure completeness and accuracy of visa applications.
- Guide applicants through the biometric .
- Ensure all biometric equipment is operated correctly and maintained as per guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of applicant information and biometric records.
- Update application details accurately in internal systems.
- Resolve applicant queries and provide process-related support.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and turnaround times.
- Escalate discrepancies, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent cases to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
