Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Residential Butler to provide exceptional personalized service and comprehensive household management for a private residence. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable understanding of luxury service standards, refined etiquette, and a proactive approach to anticipating the needs of the principals and their guests. This role requires utmost discretion, organizational prowess, and the ability to manage various aspects of a sophisticated private household.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized, high-level service to the principals and their guests, anticipating needs and preferences to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of household operations, including coordinating with other household staff (cleaners, chefs, gardeners, security) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage formal table settings and service for meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events, adhering to international standards of etiquette.
- Assist with guest reception, ensuring their comfort, managing luggage, and attending to their needs throughout their stay.
- Maintain and manage household inventories, including fine china, silverware, crystal, linens, and provisions,



ensuring everything is in pristine condition and readily available.
- Oversee the care and presentation of principals' wardrobes, including packing, unpacking, and coordinating with dry cleaning and tailoring services.
- Plan, organize, and execute private events, parties, and gatherings within the residence, from conceptualization to flawless execution.
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and preparing residences for arrivals and departures.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining household records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure the security and privacy of the principals and the residence, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols at all times.
- Perform light valet duties, including shoe care and minor garment pressing, as required.
- Proactively identify and address household maintenance needs, coordinating with external vendors and contractors as necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and cigars, and manage the cellar inventory.
