Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to identify recent business opportunities, generate leads, connect with potential clients, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, social media, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Contact prospects and introduce the company's products/services.
- Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.




- Follow up with prospects regularly and support the conversion of leads into clients.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
- Prepare basic reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and handling business conversations.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and business development.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
