Hiring: Mortgage Closing Disclosure & TRID Analyst

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand (On-site)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate Closing Disclosure (CD) figures.
- Analyze and monitor TRID tolerance requirements, including:
- 0% Tolerance
- 10% Cumulative Tolerance
- No Tolerance Limitation
- Identify and resolve tolerance violations.
- Review and prepare borrower disclosures.
- Ensure compliance with TRID and mortgage lending regulations.
- Coordinate with Closers, Processors, and other stakeholders to correct disclosure issues before closing.
- Maintain accuracy of fee calculations and disclosure timelines.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of TRID regulations and mortgage closing processes.
- Experience reviewing Closing Disclosures (CDs) and borrower disclosures.
- Strong understanding of tolerance calculations and fee analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications





- Minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage Closing, Disclosure Review, TRID Compliance, or related mortgage operations.
- Familiarity with U.S. mortgage lending regulations and closing processes.
- Experience working with mortgage LOS platforms is an advantage.
