Position: Closing Manager

Role Overview

Hospertz India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Closing Manager to manage the sales closing process and convert qualified leads into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads and prospects from enquiry to final closure.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Prepare and present quotations and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals as per company guidelines.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and project teams for smooth handover after closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
- Prepare regular sales and closure reports for management.

Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, architecture, interiors, construction, or related industries will be preferred.
- Proven experience in closing high-value deals will be an advantage.

Key Objective

To convert qualified leads into successful business closures, achieve sales targets, and build strong long-term client relationships.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Deal Closing: 3 years (Preferred)
