Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage sales operations and drive business growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
- Drive primary and secondary sales.
- Manage distributors, retailers and channel partners.
- Expand market coverage and distribution network.
- Develop territory sales strategies and achieve business targets.
- Monitor stock, sales performance and market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates.




- Coach and motivate the sales team.
