DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute the company’s digital marketing activities, strengthen online presence, generate leads, and increase customer engagement and sales through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the company’s Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the creative team for photos, videos, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Generate and follow up on digital leads in coordination with the sales team.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify recent digital marketing opportunities.
- Assist in SEO, Google search visibility, website content, and online reputation management.
- Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Maintain the company’s online brand image and ensure consistent communication across platforms.




- Support marketing campaigns during festivals, special occasions, new product launches, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with influencers, content creators, photographers, and external digital marketing agencies when required.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and advertising tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management preferred.
- Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
- Strong content creation and social media skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut/Premiere Pro, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to analyse data and prepare performance reports.
- Knowledge of the jewellery/luxury retail industry will be an added advantage.
