Marketing & Growth Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager with strong experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate will drive marketing initiatives, generate qualified leads, build client relationships, and contribute to overall business and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B marketing and growth strategies for IT services and software solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, Upwork, cold calling, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Identify target markets, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
- Drive client acquisition, lead nurturing, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and SOWs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Manage CRM, marketing campaigns, lead pipelines, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with technical and project teams to develop suitable client solutions.




- Monitor marketing and business development performance against lead, growth, and revenue targets.
- Identify new opportunities to improve brand visibility, market reach, and business growth.

Candidate Requirements

- 2 – 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, B2B Marketing, Business Development, or IT Sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, CRM, ERP, software development, or automation solutions.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, cold calling, and other B2B channels.
- Positive understanding of CRM, marketing campaigns, sales pipelines, and lead management.
- Experience with international clients will be an advantage.
- Strong focus on growth, lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
