- Travel to client locations to diagnose and troubleshoot laptop issues.
- Repair or replace defective laptop components on-site (hard drives, RAM, keyboards, screens, etc.).
- Install, update, and configure operating systems and software applications at client sites.
- Perform data backup and recovery services as needed.
- Provide technical support and advice directly to clients in the field.
- Document repairs and maintain records of services performed.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools while on the go.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction during field visits.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a laptop repair technician, preferably with field service experience.
- Solid knowledge of laptop hardware and software.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to travel frequently.
- Certification in computer repair or relevant field is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
