Operations and Business Development Manager
Looking for a candidate with minimum 3 years of experience in Operations/Business Development, preferably in coworking, real estate, or B2B services. Open to candidates based in Kozhikode or Ernakulam.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee day-to-day operations across branch locations, ensuring consistent service quality and SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with branch-level staff on facility upkeep, vendor management, and issue resolution.
- Track branch-wise KPIs (occupancy, utilization, expenses) and report to leadership.
- Standardize processes across locations and flag operational gaps.
- Undertake periodic branch visits as required.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline for coworking memberships, virtual offices, and add-on services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and partners.
- Conduct market and competitor research across operating regions to identify trends and opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.




- Good understanding of operations management and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM tool experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in coworking spaces, real estate, or B2B services will be an added advantage.
