Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Customer Care Executive with excellent English communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Manage calls and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and basic reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Positive interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
