- Convert indents into enquiries; collect and compare quotations on price, lead time and terms
- Negotiate and issue purchase orders within the approval matrix
- Follow up deliveries; expedite shortages before they stop production
- Verify supplier invoices against the PO and the goods receipt before passing them to accounts
- Maintain the approved vendor list with GST details, ratings and lead times
- Track price trends for the top items and flag savings or risks
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
