We are looking for an experienced and highly communicative sales professional to drive business growth across the banking and financial services segment.

The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face client meetings, lead generation, relationship management, negotiation and deal closure, with the ability to interact comfortably with senior banking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities within Banks, Financial Institutions and Corporates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior banking stakeholders
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and client visits
- Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and convert opportunities
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable business solutions
- Negotiate and independently close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage and develop a sales team while also contributing individually




- Maintain regular sales reports and business updates

Mandatory Requirements

- 8–12 years of B2B / Corporate Sales experience
- Experience dealing with Banks / Financial Institutions / Corporate clients
- Strong field sales and face-to-face customer interaction
- Team handling experience
- Proven lead generation and business development experience
- Solid negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly confident and articulate personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable interacting with Branch Managers, GMs and senior management
