Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, good communication skills, and the ability to develop engaging content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create concepts, ideas, scripts, captions, hooks, and storytelling content for videos.
- Research current social media trends, viral content formats, and audience preferences.
- Plan and execute content ideas based on client requirements and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with the video editing, design, marketing, and presentation teams.
- Assist in planning and organizing photoshoots and video shoots.
- Develop content calendars and maintain a consistent content schedule.
- Create promotional, educational, informational, branding, and storytelling content.
- Write clear and engaging video scripts and social media captions.
- Ensure content is aligned with the client's brand identity and target audience.
- Monitor social media performance and identify content that generates better engagement and leads.
- Suggest new creative concepts to improve reach, engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Stay updated with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trending audio, memes, and other digital content trends.
- Review competitor content and identify new opportunities for creative campaigns.
- Work closely with clients to understand their products, services, goals, and target audience.
- Make necessary content modifications based on client feedback.




- Maintain quality and consistency across all content delivered.
- Support marketing campaigns by developing content specifically designed for lead generation and sales conversion.

Required Skills

- Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Ability to write engaging scripts, captions, hooks, and promotional content.
- Valuable research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Teamwork and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand different brands and target audiences.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media, English, or a related field.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a creative agency is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of social media content, videos, scripts, or campaigns will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
