- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Handle client meetings and support the team in closing deals.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
- Build solid relationships with clients and investors.
- Ensure proper follow-up and maintain sales reports.
- Train team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
