responsible for inspecting physical stock, reconciling counts with database records, and preventing shrinkage or discrepancies across store locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Physical Counts: Perform cycle counts, spot checks, and full physical inventories using barcode scanners and handheld units.
- Reconciliation: Compare physical merchandise numbers against ERP systems or POS (Point of Sale) software data.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Research root causes for stock mismatches, missing items, or data entry errors.
- Loss Prevention: Track and report retail shrinkage, damage, and suspected internal or external theft.
- Reporting: Generate audit summaries,



variance logs, and inventory valuation sheets for store management.

Required Skills :

- Technical Proficiencies: Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and familiarity with WMS or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or local platforms).
- Analytical Aptitude: Robust numerical attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot inventory flow problems.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of background in stock control, retail auditing

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
