Job Responsibilities

- Drive overall branch sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly & annual sales plans.
- Monitor branch profitability, productivity & overall growth.
- Lead, mentor & motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Acquire current customers and generate business through the Direct Channel.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor branch expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
- Track daily sales performance and team productivity.

Eligibility

- Minimum Graduate
- 3–4 years of experience in Life Insurance – Direct Channel
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Team Management




- Strong knowledge of insurance products and sales processes
- Maximum CTC: ₹8 LPA

Banca Channel experience candidates will not be considered.
