Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to manage student counseling, schedule course demo sessions, and drive admissions for academic and qualified training programs. Candidates available to work in a hybrid structure in Noida are preferred.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Connect with inbound parent leads to qualify and schedule live online demo sessions for Mental Maths, Coding, and Olympiad courses.
- ​Conduct 20–30 minute online counseling sessions to guide prospective candidates through certified Teacher Training programs.
- ​Maintain timely lead follow-ups via chat, phone, and CRM tracking.
- ​Coordinate student batches and assist with educational outreach initiatives.

​Requirements





- ​Strong spoken Hindi and English communication skills.
- ​Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or educational counseling preferred (driven freshers welcome).
- ​Availability for on-site work / office visits in Noida.
- ​Personal laptop and stable internet connectivity.
