Job Summary

Lead Developer – Security & Automation Engineering Role Overview The Lead Developer will drive the technical execution, engineering integration, and remediation efforts for source code and AI Agent security vulnerabilities. This role combines hands-on remediation guidance for complex application flaws with the engineering of internal automation tools and scripts to streamline vulnerability tracking, access control reporting, and dashboard integrations. Key Responsibilities Remediation Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams on fixing source code flaws, dependency vulnerabilities, and AI Agent / LLM security risks.
Automation & Integration: Design and build automated scripts and tools to ingest security scan data (SAST/DAST/AI Agentic scans), automate LDAP attribution, and feed tracking dashboards.
Access Control Tools & Scripts: Develop automated reconciliation tools to identify stale access permissions, align with RBAC models, and enforce policy compliance.
Code Review & Quality Assurance: Review code fixes submitted by engineering teams to ensure patches satisfy security requirements without causing regressions.
Technical Optimization: Partner with the TPM and BSA to identify manual operational tasks and implement scalable software/AI-driven optimizations.
Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
Experience: 8+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years leading engineering initiatives focused on Application Security, SecOps, or DevSecOps automation.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, TypeScript/Node.js).Hands-on familiarity with Application Security scanning tools (SAST/DAST/IAST) and AI/LLM security frameworks.Solid understanding of REST APIs, LDAP/RBAC integrations, database management,



and CI/CD security pipelines.Solid understanding of common security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10, source code flaws, dependency risks, and AI Agent/LLM security risks).Familiarity with Static/Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST/DAST) tooling and security report outputs.Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agent security considerations.
Preferred: Experience building automated risk/compliance dashboards or AI/ML-assisted development workflows.
