About This Role

Key requirement:

- positive understanding on salesforce platform (Sales & Service Clouds)
- Understanding on Salesforce objects
- backend knowledge on salesforce object manager, metadata, dev console
- Salesforce database SOQL knowledge
- API testing (Postman or Workbench)
- Basic understanding on Salesforce workflows, Flows & Process builders
- Time based flows and SF Automation Processes

- EST Overlapping shift
