Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with residential and commercial properties. We assist property owners, buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors with their property requirements.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Operations Executive to support our day-to-day property field activities across Bengaluru.

The main responsibility is to identify properties available for sale or rent, visit the properties, collect basic information, take clear photographs, and share the details with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned areas and locations across Bengaluru.
- Identify residential and commercial properties available for sale or rent.
- Coordinate with property owners or relevant contacts.
- Visit properties and collect basic property information.
- Take clear photographs and videos of properties using a smartphone.
- Collect details such as:
- Property location
- Property type
- Area/size
- Sale price or monthly rent
- Number of rooms, where applicable
- Parking availability
- Owner/contact details
- Share property photographs,



videos, and details with the Zorba Estates team.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding property access and site visits.
- Follow up with property owners when additional information is required.
- Keep property information accurate and updated.
- Complete assigned field activities within the expected timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 10th Pass qualification.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Ability to take clear property photographs.
- Comfortable interacting with property owners and contacts.
- Willing to work in a field-based role.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary & Incentives

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives
