Key Responsibilities:
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and prepare advisors for IRDAI regulatory certifications (IC-38).
- Business Growth: Drive agency channel distribution, set performance benchmarks, and guide the team.
- Performance Management: Track daily activity, evaluate agent pipelines, and ensure strict compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team handling, recruitment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and motivate a distribution network.
