CRE – Customer Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Handle customer calls, enquiries, and appointments.
- Follow up with existing and new customers.
- Promote salon services, memberships, and products.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with salon staff for smooth customer service.
- Support billing and reception activities when required.
- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales and follow-up skills.
- Pleasant and professional attitude.
- Previous salon/retail experience preferred.

Pay: ₹9,696.20 - ₹31,706.86 per month
