Job Description:

The company is seeking an experienced and proactive HVAC Operator to manage and maintain energy-efficient HVAC systems at client sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and a commitment to sustainability to deliver superior energy management solutions. The company is a pioneering cooling-as-service (CaaS) startup focused on mitigating CO2 emissions and catalyzing sustainability through cutting-edge technology and innovative business models like JoulePAYS and JouleCOOL, supported by their IoT platform DeJoule.

Experience Range:

3 - 6 years

Educational Qualifications:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure HVAC systems, tools, and equipment are clean, organized, and functioning optimally.

- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault rectification.

- Inspect, service, and adjust heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems using advanced diagnostic tools.

- Operate, maintain, and optimize water-cooled chillers, including system start-up and shutdown.

- Monitor and adjust system parameters to maintain desired performance and energy efficiency.

- Execute preventive maintenance tasks such as filter cleaning, lubrication, and component checks.

- Create and follow preventive maintenance schedules, documenting all activities and outcomes.

- Diagnose and repair minor defects in controls, thermostats, pumps, and water pressure regulators.

- Utilize standard and specialized tools for repairs and calibrations.

- Assist the HVAC Technical Manager for all activities in the allocated shift.
