Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships within a designated territory. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, presenting products/services, and negotiating deals to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs within the assigned territory.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various methods including cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
- Set up meetings with potential clients, effectively listen to their wishes and concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, ensuring accuracy and providing insights to management.




- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate and close deals, effectively handling complaints or objections to achieve successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve better results and foster a supportive work environment.
- Gather feedback from customers or external partners and share it with internal teams to improve products and services.
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and recent payment plans/packages.
