Hiring Store Training Executive

Job Description:

1. Training Delivery & Presentation:

* Conduct on-site and in-person training sessions for Retail center staff, covering soft skills, customer

service, and operational compliances.

* Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to the needs of various teams.

2. Soft Skills Training:

* Facilitate training on grooming, communication, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer

service.

* Foster a positive learning environment to enhance interpersonal and professional skills.

3. Training Content Development:

* Collaborate with Training Manager to design, update and improve training materials, handouts, and

assessment sheets.

* Ensure training materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Performance Monitoring and Support:

* Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance

metrics.

* Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to center staff to reinforce learning and address

performance gaps.

5. Audit and Compliance:

* Conduct regular audits to evaluate the implementation of Operational compliance with industry

standards, legal regulations.

* Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to management and center staff.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
