We're hiring 3 junior video editors for our high-volume short-form clip operation — the polish

+ QC role that ships high-quality clips at scale. You report to the Video Editor Manager.

About the Role

You do the last mile of clipping: hook verification, VFX/SFX polish, cover frame, caption

correction. The AI agent finds and crops clips; you make sure every clip meets quality

before it goes live. You sustain a high-volume daily cadence with consistent polish.

What You'll Do

• Polish the assigned clips: hook (first 3 seconds), captions, VFX/SFX, cover frame

• Ship quality clips at a fast daily cadence

• Track clip performance and iterate on hooks

• Maintain account-survival discipline (zero copyright strikes, zero campaign-terms

breaches)

• Test new clip tools and AI features within the week they drop

What We're Looking For (Must-Have)

• 0-2 years experience (fresher or 1-2 years post-grad)

• Mass comm / BMM / BA / BMS / BVA / BSc OR self-taught with a portfolio





• 10+ short-form videos in personal portfolio (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

• CapCut (advanced)

• Speed: can ship quality clips at a quick daily cadence

• Multi-format comfort: long-form, short-form, clips, derivatives

• AI-native: has used Runway, Sora, or Descript in at least 1 video in their portfolio

What We're Looking For (Preferred)

• AutoClip or quso.ai (or willingness to learn the winning tool post bake-off)

• OpenArt for VFX inserts

• After Effects basics: motion graphics, text animations, beat-sync

• Cover frame + thumbnail design: Canva (advanced) OR Photoshop

What Success Looks Like

You're shipping 10+ polished clips per day by month 2, the team's clip-quality is consistent

across the property, and zero copyright strikes.

Hiring Process

• Intro call (20 min) — mutual fit and role expectations

• 24-hour take-home task: 'Edit 5 short-form clips (15-60s) from these source VODs.

Polish the hook, add captions, set the cover frame. Use at least 1 AI tool. Submit the

final clips + brief on your workflow.'

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Rs 2.16 LPA - Rs 3.10 LPA

• Reports to the Video Editor Manager

• Growth path: Junior Editor → Senior Editor → Video Editor Manager
