TCS is hiring for AEM Tech Lead Experience : 8 to 12 years Location: Bengaluru Mode of Drive: Walk-In Date:26th September 2026 (Saturday) The AEM Lead for Platform Enablement is a strategic technical role responsible for the health, scalability, and standardization of the Adobe Experience Manager ecosystem. Unlike a project-specific lead, you will own the "Platform as a Product." Your primary goal is to empower multiple delivery teams by providing a stable, governed, and high-performing AEM environment. You will define the "Golden Path" for development, automate platform setup, and act as the primary technical liaison between the organization and Adobes engineering teams. Key Responsibilities A. Platform Ownership & Technical Setup Setting Provisioning: Own the end-to-end setup of AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environments. Architecture Governance: Define and maintain the Global Reference Architecture, ensuring all project teams adhere to Sling, OSGi, and Oak repository best practices. CI/CD Leadership: Direct the configuration of Adobe Cloud Manager,



including custom functional tests, UI testing suites, and code quality gates. Security & Compliance: Oversee Dispatcher security filter configurations, SSL management, and integration with Enterprise Identity Providers (Okta/Azure AD). B. Enablement & Best Practices The "Enablement Playbook": Create and maintain a centralized Wiki/Repository of coding standards, branching strategies, and component reuse guidelines. Component Library Management: Oversee the "Core Component" strategy to ensure teams are not reinventing the wheel and are utilizing OOTB (Out of the Box) features effectively.
