Job Description: -

- Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.
- Develop end-to-end solutions for our customer requirements.
- Delivering customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.

- Creating timelines and development goals.
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
- Stay on top of new technologies and guide the team to adopt new technologies Stay on top of recent technologies and guide the team to adopt current technologies

Requirements

- 7+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Salesforce development.




- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies across multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience working on projects involving significant Salesforce customizations.
- 100% hands-on development experience with strong day-to-day coding involvement.
- Strong experience with the Force.com platform, including Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, etc.
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning / LWC.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model, including custom objects, junction objects, relationships, and other data model components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce recommended design and development best practices.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code, and maintainable/refactored code.
- Experience configuring and customizing functional areas of Sales Cloud.
- Strong SQL knowledge, data structures, data modeling, and database schema.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently design, develop, debug, and deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Experience working as a strong Individual Contributor, with the ability to take ownership of development tasks end-to-end.
- Candidates should be actively coding in their current/recent role and able to demonstrate recent hands-on development work.
- Candidates whose current responsibilities are primarily people management, architecture, code review,



or coordination should be carefully evaluated for hands-on fit.
- Candidates should be comfortable with practical coding/problem-solving during the technical interview.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, research, and collaboration skills
