We are hiring a Head of HR to build and lead our people function.
Responsibilities
- Build the HR team, processes and policies
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to founders and leaders
- Keep the company compliant with labour law and HR best practice
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience, including leading HR for a company or large unit
- Hands-on across recruitment, operations and engagement
- Experience in a quick-growing company preferred
