Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring for all functions
- Build and mentor the recruiting team
- Improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire and offer acceptance
- Evaluate and bring in recruitment tools and partners
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, including team leadership
- Robust stakeholder and hiring-manager relationships
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
