Responsibilities
- Own the ATS, recruitment workflows and hiring processes
- Build recruitment dashboards and reporting
- Evaluate and roll out new recruitment technology
- Improve recruiter productivity and candidate experience
Requirements
- 8+ years in recruitment or TA operations
- Deep experience with ATS platforms
- Robust analytical and process-design skills
