Superchat is a UAE-based AI assistant app. Life, handled. We help people send money, pay bills, book flights, manage their inbox and get real things done through an assistant that can even pick up the phone and call a business on their behalf. We are building the growth function from the ground up and looking for someone who wants to own that build with us.

About the role

We're hiring a Growth Hacker to drive user acquisition and activation across paid and organic channels. This is a hands-on, full-funnel role. You will run paid campaigns, build organic and SEO plays, test acquisition on newer channels like Reddit, and make sure every dollar we spend is tracked and attributed properly. You'll work closely with product, content and data to find what moves the needle and then scale it.

This is not a role where you hand off strategy to someone else and wait. You build the campaign, you check the numbers, you fix what's broken, you scale what works.

What you'll do

Paid acquisition

- Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads UAC, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads and emerging channels

- Own performance per channel against CAC and ROAS targets, no blended numbers

- Run structured experiments on creative, targeting and bidding to keep efficiency improving

Organic growth and SEO

- Build and execute an SEO roadmap: keyword strategy, on-page, content briefs, technical fixes

- Identify and test organic growth loops and referral mechanics, including community-led channels like Reddit where relevant conversations already happen

- Work with content and brand to make sure organic output matches Superchat's plain-language, no-fluff voice

Attribution and measurement

- Own attribution setup and hygiene across Adjust, Rudderstack and Mixpanel

- Build and maintain dashboards for funnel health, channel performance and cohort behaviour

- Make sure every campaign is measurable before it launches, not after





Automation and tooling

- Set up and run marketing automation for lifecycle, retention and re-engagement flows

- Look for ways to automate reporting and campaign management so the team spends more time on strategy and less on manual pulls

Experimentation and A/B testing

- Run A/B testing as your default way of working, not a once-in-a-while exercise: landing pages, onboarding flows, creative, offers, lifecycle messages

- Design tests with a explicit hypothesis and a defined success metric before anything ships

- Read results correctly, call significance honestly, and kill or scale based on the data, not on gut feel

- Build a test backlog and a repeatable testing cadence across the funnel, not one-off experiments

What you'll need

- 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a consumer app or fintech

- Proven hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads UAC, Meta Ads and Apple Search Ads

- Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, technical and content-led, including organic and community-led plays like Reddit

- Strong hands-on experience designing, running and reading A/B tests, comfortable with statistical significance and not just directional reads

- Working knowledge of attribution tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer or similar) and analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar)

- Experience with a marketing automation or CRM/lifecycle tool (Braze, CleverTap, Rudderstack or similar)

- Comfortable with data: can pull, read and act on numbers without waiting on someone else

- UAE or MENA market experience is a strong plus

- A bias for testing fast and killing what doesn't work
