Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Outreach Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers, you will play a critical role in engaging leads, understanding their property requirements, presenting tailored real estate options, and scheduling confirmed site visits for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated from digital campaigns, property portals, referrals, and other sources.

- Engage prospective customers with clear, accurate details regarding real estate projects.

- Assess customer preferences, budgets, and buying intent to recommend best-fit properties from Celeste Abode’s portfolio.

- Build trust and maintain a consultative, customer-first communication approach.

- Convert enquiries into confirmed site visits and coordinate seamlessly with the sales team.

- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate data, interaction notes, and timely follow-ups.

- Share actionable customer insights with management to support marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements





- Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience: Basic understanding of real estate projects, locations, and the buying process.

- Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and rapport-building capabilities.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and professional email communication.
