Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Python SRE Production Support Engineer with 8 10 years of IT experience including solid hands on expertise in Python based production support and Site Reliability Engineering SRE activities

Key Responsibilities:

- Roles Responsibilities
- Provide L2 L3 production support for critical applications and platforms
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to reduce manual operational tasks
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools
- Investigate troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines
- Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement permanent fixes
- Collaborate with development infrastructure and business teams for issue resolution
- Manage deployments releases and environment support activities
- Improve system reliability performance and availability through SRE best practices




- Create and maintain operational runbooks SOPs and support documentation
- Participate in on call support and major incident management activities
- Implement proactive monitoring alerting and automation solutions
