We're looking for a social media coordinator who can bring fresh, creative ideas to how we tell our story across platforms- and who's genuinely plugged into what's happening in the social media world right now. You'll own our social presence, experiment with content formats, and help build a brand voice that resonates with both government-sector stakeholders and enterprise audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute social media content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Generate original content ideas- posts, Reels/Shorts, carousels, threads- tailored to each platform's format and audience
- Write engaging captions and copy aligned with brand tone
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR) and adjust strategy based on data
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes, emerging formats, and trending tools
- Collaborate with design/content teams to produce visuals, videos, and graphics
- Monitor conversations, trends, and competitor activity relevant to GovTech and enterprise software
- Engage with the community- respond to comments or DMs, build relationships with followers
- Assist in running and optimizing paid social campaigns
- Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements

We're Open To Two Kinds Of Candidates

- 1–2 years experience: someone who's already run social campaigns and can hit the ground running.
- Freshers (0 years): someone with a strong growth mindset, genuine curiosity about the industry, and up-to-date awareness of trends- we'll help you build the rest.
- For 1–2 years candidates:




- Proven experience managing social media accounts/campaigns (agency or in-house)
- A portfolio of content you've created or campaigns you've run
- Hands-on experience with paid social ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
- For 0 year/fresher candidates:
- A genuine, demonstrable interest in social media and digital marketing (your own content, a college project, an internship- anything that shows initiative)
- Strong awareness of current social media trends, formats, and creators
- A growth mindset- comfortable learning fast, taking feedback, and iterating
- Willingness to experiment and try current content ideas without fear of failure
- Common to both:
- Strong written communication and creativity
- Understanding of different platform cultures (what works on LinkedIn ≠ what works on Instagram)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, or a related field (not mandatory if skills/portfolio are strong)
