Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to manage recruitment delivery, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a recruitment agency or staffing firm, excellent team management skills, and a proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.

This role involves managing day-to-day recruitment operations, distributing requirements among recruiters, monitoring performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful closures within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple clients and hiring requirements.

- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skill sets, and hiring priorities.

- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates for open positions.

- Monitor the recruitment pipeline from sourcing to interview and offer closure.

- Drive recruitment closures while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

- Handle high-volume and niche hiring requirements as required.

Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and recruitment consultants.

- Allocate requirements to team members based on skills, experience, and workload.

- Set daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.





- Track individual and team performance against KPIs.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.

- Motivate the team to achieve sourcing, interview, and closure targets.

Client Management:

- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.

- Maintain strong skilled relationships with key clients.

- Participate in client calls and requirement discussions.

- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline, and closures.

- Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Understand market availability, salary trends, and candidate expectations to support client hiring.

Recruitment Operations:

- Maintain and review recruitment dashboards, trackers

- Monitor metrics such as submissions, interviews, selections, offers, joining ratios, TAT, and closures.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

- Ensure proper usage and updating of ATS and recruitment databases.

- Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly and quarterly recruitment closures

- Team productivity and target achievement

- Submission-to-interview ratio

- Interview-to-selection ratio





- Offer-to-joining ratio

- Requirement Turnaround Time (TAT)

- Candidate quality and retention

- Client satisfaction and repeat requirements

- Individual recruiter performance

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in agency recruitment, staffing, or recruitment consultancy.

- Mandatory prior experience managing a team of recruiters & Delivery.

- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.

- Experience handling multiple clients and requirements simultaneously.

- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation knowledge.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong target orientation and ability to work under pressure.

- Good analytical and reporting skills.

- Experience with ATS, recruitment portals, CRM, and MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in a recruitment agency, staffing company, RPO, or talent consultancy.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.

- Ability to manage both people and delivery effectively.

- Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build a high-performing recruitment team.
