We're Hiring | Sales Executive – EV Charging & Energy Infrastructure

VIZ- Smart Charging, a brand of VJRA Technologies LLP, is expanding its sales team in Pune.

We're looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, commercially driven, comfortable meeting customers, and interested in the rapidly growing EV charging & energy infrastructure industry.

Full-time | In-office + Field Sales

What You'll Do

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for EV charging solutions.
- Engage with housing societies, residential developers, apartments, commercial properties, fleet operators and parking facilities.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable charging & infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for site surveys, solution design and deployment.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects.
- Track sales pipeline, targets and customer interactions.
- Participate in EV, energy and infrastructure events and generate market insights.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in EVs, charging infrastructure, energy or emerging technology.




- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical solutions in simple business terms.
- Confidence in conducting meetings, presentations and negotiations.
- Positive follow-up, organization and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, email and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby areas for client meetings and site visits.
- A proactive, target-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.

or relevant practical experience are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in EV, renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, B2B sales or solution selling will be an advantage, but is not mandatory for the right candidate.
