Role Overview We are looking for agile and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and engage directly with customers through both field and tele‑marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to promote products/services and engage with potential customers
- Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, samples) in targeted areas
- Collect customer data and feedback during campaigns and update CRM with leads
- Make 50–100 calls daily from the database to generate leads
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Manager for daily activity planning
- Execute 3–5 field campaigns/events weekly in assigned locations
- Submit weekly activity and lead generation reports to the Marketing Manager
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align offline and online campaigns
- Track conversion of leads into sales and report bottlenecks
- Conduct competitor mapping and share insights with management
- Carry out B2B visits to expand business reach
- Execute promotional activities such as paper insertions, mall standees, and vehicle tagging
- Plan and execute monthly promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and conversion targets
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
- Support franchise partners with local marketing activities
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in the field and meet targets
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach
- Basic knowledge of reporting and coordination
