Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline programs, progress updates, recovery plans, and look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks and delays.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, commercial, and project teams.
- Analyze delay and disruption events and support claims-related planning activities.
- Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
- Support project execution through effective planning and resource optimization.

Requirements

- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of planning experience in construction projects.




- Proven experience in MEP works for Data Center projects.
- Robust proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
- Good understanding of construction sequences, critical path analysis, and resource planning.
- Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and client teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience on large-scale mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.
- Knowledge of delay analysis, claims support, and 4D planning.

Work Arrangement: Onsite, Navi Mumbai.
