We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in residential interior design to generate new leads, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert them into projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage residential interior design leads.
Build relationships with homeowners, architects, and other referral sources.
Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.
Follow up with prospects and drive conversions.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth handover.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in BD/sales within residential interiors.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the residential interiors market.
Target-oriented and confident in client-facing roles.
