Responsibilities

Know how-what:

- 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Hospital Sales, Product Advocacy, Stakeholder Management, Business Development, and Distributor Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Science / Nutrition or a relevant discipline; PG/MBA in Marketing & Sales preferred.
- Strong experience handling Government, Private, and Corporate Hospital accounts, with valuable exposure to institutional healthcare business.
- Proven ability to build relationships with KOLs and senior healthcare stakeholders, influence product adoption, and drive account growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, account planning, and business development skills, with a result-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.

What You Do

- Drive Specialized Nutrition business growth across Government, Private, and Corporate Hospital accounts.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, CXO, hospital administrators, purchase or procurement head.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, product inclusion, portfolio penetration, and business expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs, hospital requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage distributors, purchase orders, inventory, product availability, and hospital supply requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen hospital partnerships, product advocacy, account development, and business objectives.
