We're Hiring | Finance Executive

Learning Routes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to join our team and support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

Position: Finance Executive

Experience:1–2 Years

Salary: 22,000–23,000 per month

Location:Gurugram

Working Days:Monday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

* Maintain and verify accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions.

* Handle GST-related work and ensure timely compliance.

* Manage accounting entries and transactions using Tally

* Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and applicable TDS sections.

* Process and maintain records of brokerage and contractual payments.

* Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.

* Assist with invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting documentation.





* Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding finance-related queries.

* Maintain proper documentation and support regular financial reporting.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounts.

* Strong working knowledge of Tally and GST.

* Good understanding of:

* Vouchers & accounting entries

* TDS & TDS Sections

* Brokerage payments

* Accounting concepts

* Contractual payments

* Positive communication skills are a MUST.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to manage multiple finance-related tasks and meet deadlines.
