POSITION: HR INTERN

DURATION: 2 MONTHS

LOCATION: TAMIL NADU ONLY

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Intermediate knowledge of HR processes

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring

• Candidate sourcing and screening

• Interview coordination

• Employee communication

• Basic knowledge of HR documentation

• MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Valuable organizational and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with recruitment and candidate screening

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates

• Maintain candidate and employee records

• Support onboarding activities

• Assist with HR documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams

• Support day-to-day HR operations

ELIGIBILITY

• Students or freshers with an interest in HR

• Candidates with basic or intermediate HR knowledge

• Prior recruitment experience is an advantage
