Who We're Looking For

- Master's or PhD in the relevant domain
- Solid academic, research, or industry expertise
- Excellent analytical and scientific/economic reasoning skills
- Ability to solve complex, expert-level problems
- AI/LLM experience is highly preferred, including AI evaluation, prompt engineering, benchmarking, AI training, rubric development, or data annotation

What You'll Do

- Create highly complex, challenging domain-specific problems.
- Develop structured and logically sound solutions.
- Define assumptions, constraints, and edge cases.
- Evaluate problems for correctness, ambiguity, consistency, and difficulty.
- Test problems using AI tools/models.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses and identify reasoning gaps or failures.
- Help distinguish genuinely difficult problems from poorly defined problems.
