Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time role responsible for leading end-to-end hiring efforts and building a strong talent pipeline across the organization. This hybrid role is based in Delhi, India, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing full-life cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, and conducting structured interviews. The role also involves developing employer branding initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes, maintaining talent data and metrics, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience.



The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with HR and leadership to forecast hiring needs, support workforce planning, and contribute to strategic talent initiatives that align with Peko's growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Proven experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to run structured, competency-based interviews and align decisions with business needs.
- Demonstrated expertise in Employer Branding, including developing campaigns and messaging that attract diverse, high-quality talent.
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, job boards, skilled networks).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data, track metrics, and improve processes based on insights.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations; prior exposure to tech or fintech environments is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in talent acquisition or HR are beneficial.
