Role Overview :

We are seeking dynamic and strategic Business Finance professionals who will work with our Marketing and Fintech business wherein the incumbent will bring 4-6+ years of experience in business finance, financial planning, and P&L; ownership. The ideal candidates will act

as trusted business partners, driving growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making through sharp financial insights, strong business acumen, and a proactive, self-starter approach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Business Finance partnering across multiple business verticals, ensuring alignment of financial goals with strategic objectives.

• Drive P&L; management, providing actionable insights to optimize revenue, margins, and cost efficiency.

• Develop and implement robust budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes; ensure timely and accurate MIS.

• Actively participate in strategic planning, business case evaluations, and scenario modeling to support key management decisions.

• Partner with cross-functional teams across Business, Product,



Marketing, Tech, and other functions to evaluate commercial proposals, new initiatives, and strategic investments.

• Deliver deep financial analysis to assess performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.

• Lead process improvement and automation of reporting and analytics to drive greater efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Experience

• 4-8+ years of experience, with strong exposure to business finance and FP&A; experience in high-growth industries such as technology, fintech, or e-commerce is preferred.

• Solid business acumen with the ability to connect financials to business strategy and outcomes.

• Proven track record in driving P&L; ownership, influencing strategic decisions, and improving profitability.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

• Initiative-taker and self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership

through data-driven insights.

• High degree of intellectual curiosity, smart execution, and agility in adapting to evolving business needs.

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and analytical tools; experience with BI tools is an advantage.

Education

MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant, or an equivalent professional qualification.
